Pricing for services at Chez Jude is based on several significant factors: the menu, the number of courses to be served, the cost of ingredients, the degree of preparation, the length of cooking time and the style of service. You will find that the cost of our services is similar to that of any fine dining restaurant in the metro Twin Cities area, with one exception. We will prepare the meal for you & serve it in the comfort of your home.
Judi is chief owner of Chez Jude on Lake Superior's North Shore. Her restaurant, located on the Grand Marais harbor, features contemporary cuisine, private dining, catering, and a series of culinary classes offered by Judi & her celebrated chef friends.
A second generation Chef, Judi learned her passion for cooking & baking growing up in her mother's French kitchen. She has studied at The Culinary Institute of America, Greystone and the National Baking Center and has learned from the many talented chefs & individuals that she has work with in the United States & Europe. Judi was formerly a Chef, Pastry Chef and Food & Beverage Director for Bluefin Bay Resort & Coho Café & Bakery; where her award winning cuisine, utilizing the freshest ingredients of the seasons, locally made sausages and harvested foods, attracted statewide recognition. Prior to her move to Minnesota's North Shore in 1995, she was Chef Owner of her own restaurant, café/bakery & catering co. in her native Wisconsin.
