Chez Plume Restaurant is highly reputed. Situated in the garden of the Auberge Anse Boileau, Chez Plume has been in existence since 1986. Our Mauritian chef skilfully prepares French cuisine using the ingredients and aromas of Seychelles with great success. A Creole menu is also available.
Our menu choices include: Bat Food Pate (Terrine de Chauve-Souris), Smoked Swordfish (Espadon Fume des Seychelles), Passion Fruit Sauce Capitaine (Capitaine Sauce Fruit de la Passion), Grouper in Ginger Sauce (Filet de Vieille Sauce Gingembre), Shark Combavar Sauce (Requin Sauce Combavar), Ginger Crab (Crabe au Gingembre) and Flipper Lobster (Cigale de Mer Grille to name only a few.
