Welcome to Claim Jumper Restaurant, Redmond, United States. Founder, Craig Nickoloff, opened the original Claim Jumper Restaurant in Los Alamitos, California on September 27, 1977. Today, there are 44 locations throughout Arizona, California, Colorado, Illinois, Nevada, Oregon and Washington.

Our saloons are a comfortable gathering place to relax after a day at work, to catch a game or share an appetizer with friends.  The interiors of our Restaurants feature huge Douglas Fir logs, natural rock, corrugated and pressed tin, natural and finished woods and large fireplaces. Rich fabrics, authentic log chairs, moving fan systems and colorful tiffany lamps are used to decorate our lobbies, dining rooms and saloons. Many of our locations feature exhibition cooking where guests watch as pizzas are prepared in an authentic wood-burning oven, and salads, soups and desserts are meticulously prepared.
