Now celebrating it's 25th year Clarke's Restaurant in Kensington, England in the United Kingdom, is committed to using thet seasonal products available, many of which are sourced from specialist suppliers in the south of England. The menus change daily at Clarke's Restaurant and reflect the ingredients that are suitable to and available in the season and are balanced in texture, flavour and colour.
The lunch menu offers a small selection of dishes from which to choose and as from the January 2009, the dinner menus offer not only Sally's 3 course set menu but also a variety of dishes from which to choose. These include "Clarke's Winter Classics" which are a selection of items that will remain on the menu throughout the season.
Fish and meats arrive daily from trusted suppliers along with fruits and vegetables from a specialist buyer in Covent Garden, who chooses on our behalf products from France, Italy and Spain. Hand shaped buffalo mozzarella arrives from Naples twice a week and most of the British and Irish cheeses for the restaurant and shop are chosen by Neal's Yard Dairy.
Olive oils from Umbria, Tuscany, Provence and Sydney, Australia all feature on the menus.
