Cliff Place Cottages are well placed for an ideal family holiday, being just a short distance from shops, beach, pier, public slipway, the Downs, restaurants and theatre, in this conservation area of Swanage.

The Cliff Place Cottages are maintained and equipped to a good standard and they are equipped for a maximum of two, four or six and the cottages have two bedrooms.

The Cliff Place Cottages are heated and carpeted throughout and have comfortable sitting rooms with colour television. Olive Cottage has parking within the rear courtyard; the bedroom on the first floor has twin beds and the top room has a double bed. The cottage has a payphone. Alpha Cottage has a long garage with a similar length driveway. Both bedrooms are on the first floor, the main bedroom has a double bed and the second one has 3' bunk beds. There is also a double sofa bed, with sprung interior mattress, in the large lounge.
