Jennifer McNally and Turlough McNamara, who both have extensive experience in the hospitality sector, acquired the three-storey Victorian property in Tramore in order to provide a new and welcomed flavour to the coastal village.
Turlough McNamara is no stranger to Waterford where he has extensive family connections. "I have long-standing experience of visiting and living in Waterford. I have worked at the Morrison Hotel in Dublin, the New York Hilton and the Clarion at the International Financial Services Centre in Dublin.
Jennifer was credited with much of the success enjoyed by her family's business, Morrissey's Bar & Restaurant, Doonbeg, Co Clare. The Bridgestone Guide recommended eatery won particularly high praise from food critic John McKenna who said it offered 'food cooked with verve'.
