Collaroy Tennis Club, Collaroy, Australia, first began in 1947 with just 3 courts. The complex has grown and developed into one of the most attractive tennis complexes in Sydney. The Collaroy Tennis Club now have 6 courts kept in excellent condition. All courts have bright and even lights for evening play. The landscaping enhances the resort feel of the club house. The sails at the entrance to the complex offer shade and they add to the ambience.
The aim at Collaroy Tennis Club is to attract new members and for more people to enjoy the little sanctuary, so the doors are always open at Collaroy Tennis Club. Every Saturday afternoon club members can play tennis for several hours, then relax with a cold refreshment. During summer social play starts from 3pm and in winter from 2pm.
The Collaroy Tennis Club Committee is planning to host social days on a regular basis. These will be open to club members for free and visitors will pay a nominal $6 for a full afternoon of Tennis. At the end of the day, there will have a sausage sizzle and a couple of beers.
