Combe Martin Cottages - Sea Breeze holiday home in Combe Martin is suitable for couples or families it offers luxury Self Catering holiday accommodation at affordable prices. Combe Martin which is on the edge of the Exmoor National Park is near Ilfracombe, Lynton, Lynmouth and Woolacombe.
Sea Breeze holiday home is an ideal place for children there are wonderful fishing and rock pool areas on the sandy beach, plus lots of caves to explore. The house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite) will sleep 7 or 8 and is suitable for two families sharing. Facilities include two rooms with King size beds, one room with a single, plus a room with full size bunk beds. There is also a pull out occasional bed that can be used for adults or children.
There are lovely sea views over Combe Martin Cove from both the sitting room and master bedroom, the beach is a five minute walk away while holding the hand of a young child, much quicker if you go by yourself! Combe Martin has lovely costal walks and is part of the Exmoor National Park. Combe Martin village is also just five minutes away with three pubs offering great food and local beers all within a five minute walk.
Combe Martin Cottages - the house is well equipped with 3 lovely comfy leather sofas to seat eight, 32inch wide screen TV with surround sound cinema system, DVD and video player. Within the bathrooms there are 2 power showers, a whirlpool bath, There is a terrace garden to relax in and to enjoy the sunshine
The kitchen is gorgeous and has everything you need for a comfy stay including Dishwasher, Washing machine, Large fridge freezer, microwave, TV, CD Player, coffee maker and bread maker.
The house is available to rent from Friday to Friday, available for half term and summer holiday dates, plus short weekend breaks through out the year. Christmas and New year breaks also available
Situated in a beautiful and fertile valley, or combe, on the western edge of Exmoor, Combe Martin lies at the centre of some of North Devon's most spectacular coastal scenery.
The approach to Combe Martin, along the coastal road, offers the visitor glimpses of some of the most stunning views in North Devon. The two headlands of Great and Little Hangman dominate the scene which greets visitors to the village as they journey down to the pretty sheltered harbour below.
Situated in a beautiful and fertile valley, or combe, on the western edge of Exmoor, Combe Martin lies at the centre of some of North Devon's most spectacular coastal scenery.
The beach at Combe Martin is a mixture of sand and pebbles which at low tide, extends into large areas of firm clean sand. There are also a number of small secluded bays within a short walk of the village centre - Wild Pear Beach, Sandy Cove and Newberry Beach are close by. An added attraction, especially for children, is the large number of rock pools. Footpaths head off in many directions from the village, and are popular with walkers who enjoy the spectacular and unspoilt coastal views and the rugged majesty of the cliffs and heathlands of Exmoor. There are many viewing points, with easy parking, for those preferring to explore this magnificent area by car.
The main village street is over two miles long, reputed to be the longest in the country, and features a wide selection of inns, cafes and shops. As well as the Combe Martin Museum in the village centre there is the Wildlife and Dinosaur Park on the outskirts, where life sized animated dinosaurs live in the woods! - in England yes.
