Since 1972 the Community Child Care Council has been helping to raise the next generation of Sonoma County. The mission of our agency is: To inspire our community to support the well-being of every child, and to improve the quality and availability of child care in Sonoma County. We do this through direct services, education and advocacy. 4Cs is supported through both public and private funding.
The Community Child Care Council works to help all families in Sonoma County with children from birth to approximately age 13. Families at all income levels can feel secure in receiving up-to-date information through the R&R phone lines. By providing quality child care during their employment training and beyond, 4Cs assists families as they transition back into the workforce. Child care is also an economic force that creates jobs, generates significant local income, enables parents to work, and local businesses to thrive.
