The Connemara Adventure Challenge in Leenane, County Galway, Ireland | Triathalon

The Connemara Adventure Challenge is an annual event and race in Leenane, Co. Galway, Ireland that starts and ends at the Kilary Adventure Centre, and covers 4 stages. The breakdown includes a run or walk over 10 kilometres, a 2 kilometre mountain climb, 17 kilometres of cycling over rough forestry tracks and roads, and a run kayaking run stage over 3.5 kilometres, the Connemare Adventure Duathlon is the same except for the run kayak run stage. The Connemara Adventure Challenge is an exciting and memorable adventure race with 3 different disciplines, and you get to run, pedal and kayak with spectacular views along the way, and the duathlon is for those who don't want to get wet, come be active in the outdoors, enjoy the challenge and have fun with great camaraderie from other competitors and spectators along the way.
