The double story 3 bedroomed house consists of:
Upstairs- Main bedroom with double bed; 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds; 3rd smaller bedroom with double bed; bathroom with bath; separate toilet; light and spacious living room with easy chairs and library leading onto outdoor balcony with exterior stairs to front garden. Lime washed wooden floors throughout with decor seaside marine in shades of blue and white. Downstairs- Large open plan lounge with television (Dstv); warm wooden floors and jet master fireplace; open plan includes dining room and wooden dresser/ cupboards; small bathroom with shower and toilet; airy farm style kitchen with gas stove, indoor barbecue and lovely views onto the back garden.
The back garden is well shaded by an old Brazilian pepper tree under which there is a dining table for meals outdoors in summer time.
