Welcome to Corporate at Tetoki Retreat, Waiheke Island, Auckland, New Zealand. Corporate at Tetoki Retreat, Waiheke Island, Auckland provides a relaxed atmosphere, great for small meetings and team building getaways. We don't have a separate meeting area or room. Corporate clients use the Retreats lounge for meetings which is big enough for up to 23 or so. It can be set-up in a U shape with extra furniture brought in, it's ideal for meetings. We have own technician on call if you have any problems using our equipment for presentations.
For bigger meetings its possible to set up our own marquee(s) just out the back of the Retreat. We own two marquees 6m by 9m. A large U shaped meeting area with a number of potted palms/trees can be made available to decorate the marquee. All this and more can be arranged here at Tetoki Retreat. We have a large white board and flip chart if required.
Te Toki Retreat will be completely focused on providing a good level of service for any corporate bookings 2009 and onwards. It is our intention to provide an affordable and relaxed experience for our corporate clients and their staff.
Multi-user wireless Internet and Sky TV with access to news channels such as CNN and BBC news ensures you keep up-to-date and in contact. The 42? flat-screen TV has connectivity for a laptop, enhancing your presentation.
Te Toki Retreat is able to accommodate bookings for up to 20-23 people in separate beds. But the ideal number is around 20 maximum.
If you have more in your party the Waiheke Island Resort:-(who we have an excellent relationship with) is just 2 minutes drive up the road that could accommodate extra guests. We can offer free transfers for guests back and forth if required from this Resort.
We work in with the Waiheke Island Resort for any over-flows that any corporate group has either way.

Have your meetings and meals down here at the Retreat which is private and self contained..(you never share it with any other group) Then perhaps accommodate your executives here at the Retreat and your other staff up at the Resort.
