Escape to Croft House Holidays, in the peaceful rural setting of Applethwaite,  just over a mile from the hustle and bustle of Keswick with all its facilities,  but a world away.   Applethwaite village nestles at the foot of Skiddaw which rises to over 3000 feet above it. The village is quiet and unspoilt and has a magnificent outlook across to Borrowdale and the north-western fells of the United Kingdom.

Croft House Holidays offers self-catering with stunning views. There are 5 self-catering properties accommodating from 2 to 8 people. Three properties of Croft House Holidays are in the village and 2 are on the outskirts surrounded by farmland.  There are panoramic views to Borrowdale and the north-western fells to the south and Skiddaw to the north.  Croft House Holidays,are open all year, short breaks are available in winter and at short notice at other times.  Fell walks from the door include easy or hard routes up Skiddaw!  Each property has a BBQ, garden furniture and on-site parking. Children's facilities include travel cots, high chairs and stairgates. However Croft House Holidays are non-smoking and cannot accommodate pets. Rental rates fully inclusive of heating, electricity, bedlinen and towels. Special weekly/short break rates in winter for just 2 people.
