Welcome to Cuttriss Consultants, Lower Hutt, New Zealand. Cuttriss Consultants is a medium sized company with offices in Lower Hutt and Paraparaumu.
Our expertise lies in land surveying, civil engineering, resource management planning, and land development consultancy.
We undertake a wide range of work within the Wellington Region from boundary and topographical surveys, through to designing and coordinating the construction and development of multi lot subdivisions and retirement housing schemes.
For the majority of projects we have all the necessary expertise in house but occasionally specialist input is required (for example from landscape architects, geotechnical and structural engineers). If this is required we will let you know at an early stage.
We believe one of the key strengths of our company lies in its size. We are small enough such that each office can be directly managed, yet large enough to allow most projects to be handled by existing staff, with extra resources available in-house should the need arise.
Every project, no matter what the size or scale, is managed with the same amount of professionalism and a desire to achieve a good outcome for our clients at a fair price and within a realistic timeframe.
