Dawn Ranch Lodge is located in Guerneville, California in the United States and offer individual Cabins, Cottages and Chalets and is also a dog-friendly Resort. Dawn Ranch Lodge is a fifteen acre property nestled amongst towering redwoods on the banks of the Russian River. We are just twenty minutes from the beautiful Pacific Coast, and offer rustic tranquillity and a contemporary atmosphere. Individual Cottages blend harmoniously into the stunning landscape of ancient apple orchards, bamboo groves, grassy meadows and beautifully landscaped gardens. The long meadow at Dawn Ranch Lodge has been the setting for spectacular weddings and intimate ceremonies for over a century. We are an ideal venue in Guerneville for corporate Retreats and family reunions.

Dawn Ranch Lodge features the award-winning Roadhouse Restaurant, which offers an extensive wine list from the Russian River appellation, known for their fine Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays, and features some of the finest organic produce from Napa and Sonoma counties in California.

* Two room chalet with queen-sized bed in the front room, and a sunny furnished sitting room separated by french doors. Full bath. Sleeps 2.
* Two room cabin features front room sitting area with a queen-sized bed and second bedroom with a queen-sized bed. The rooms are separated by a bedroom door. Full bath. Sleeps 4.
* Two bedroom creekside cottage with a queen-sized bed in one bedroom and a twin bed in the other. Separate sitting room, full bath. Sleeps 3
* Two bedroom creekside cottage with a queen-sized bed in each room. Separate sitting room, full bath, and a small deck. Sleeps 4.
* Olive's Cottage--our most accommodating and historic suite. Two bedrooms each with a queen-sized bed. Features a patio, furnished living room with a fireplace, furnished sun room, wet bar and refrigerator. Full bath. Sleeps 4.

AREA ATTRACTIONS

* There are over fifty wineries located within minutes of Dawn Ranch, and the world-famous wine-growing region of Napa Valley is just 30 minutes away.
* We are only an hour and twenty minutes outside of San Francisco.
* Spend an afternoon swimming or boating on the Russian River. Boat, kayak and canoe rentals are available locally. The Russian River is also home to some of the finest Steelhead fishing in the world.
* Take a 1.5 mile cycle or stroll through magical groves of ancient redwoods at the beautifully maintained Armstrong Woods National Park.
* Take a day trip winding your way through some of Northern California's most picturesque coastal towns. Visit Bodega Bay (setting for Alfred Hitchcock's famous movie "The Birds"), tour Point Reyes National Seashore, where some of California's finest organic cheeses are produced, or dine on cioppino while overlooking the Pacific Ocean at Jenner.
* A 10 minute drive from Dawn Ranch Lodge is the beautiful Northwood Golf Course - a par 36, 9 hole, Alister MacKenzie/Robert Hunter designed public golf course, situated on 70 wooded acres.
