Welcome to Delaney's Bistro, St. Simons Island, Georgia, United States. At Delaney's Bistro we have dinner selections from the freshest seafood, poultry and prime beef. Lunch includes Delaney's own sauteed crab cakes, fettuccine and an array of light, luscious salads. Children's Menu Available.
We accept, and recommend reservations for both lunch and dinner service. Reservations are call-in only.
Our full service bar offers a Tapas Menu that includes sliders, peppered shrimp, salads, tinga, and double-stuffed mushrooms. Our regular menu is available at the bar as well. Enjoy distinctive beers, wines, and liquors, with seating for twenty-four. Private parties and catering available.
Tom Delaney hails from Connecticut, and has worked in restaurants since he was seventeen years old. He graduated from Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island in 1984, and then headed south to marry an island girl. In the next few years he honed skills at several well known restaurants, such as Greyfield Inn, Riverwatch, and Emmeline and Hessie.
In the spring of 1994 Chef Tom opened Delaney's Bistro, appealing to locals and visitors alike. His signature dishes include Grilled Magret Duck Breast with a Thai Peanut Sauce, Charred Fresh Foie Gras Verjus, and a variety of fresh seafood and game dishes. Located on North Frederica Road, Delaney's is one of the best kept secrets on St. Simons Island, Georgia with its intimate fine dining atmosphere.
