Our Chef, Marissa Kanters, brings fifteen years of culinary training to our kitchen. Born in Port Angeles, she grew up surrounded by the unique flavors of the Pacific Northwest. She is passionate about sharing with her guests the kind of beauty and integrity that can be found in truly vibrant, wonderfully fresh food.
