Join Sierra Adventures Lake Tahoe on a mushing adventure like no other, Dog Sledding through the high Sierra winter wonderland. On Donner, on Sierra, on Tioga...and off you go, dogs barking, yelping, howling, fast as the wind through the pines, winding down the trail steady and powerful they go. Bring the kids because Dog Sledding is for the whole family, (but be aware that the season is short). Kids and parents will never forget this adventure of a lifetime. Your Dog Sledding adventure begins with a morning pickup at any local hotel in our complimentary shuttle. After a scenic drive, we drop you at the staging area for pictures and petting the dogs. Each person interested in participation must submit their exact weight and age. Snow shoes are available. Sierra Adventures is located in Reno, Nevada. We are a few minutes southwest of the city center.
