Welcome to Domaine Hudson Wine Bar & Eatery, Wilmington, United States. At Domaine Hudson, we are passionate about wine and food. Our goal is to provide you with a variety of wines and creative, flavourful foods to pair them with, all in an unpretentious, casually elegant setting.

At Domaine Hudson, we hand select our wines with an overall emphasis on value. That is, by choosing wines that drink well above others at similar price points: Fine wines without the exceptional price tag. That's value.

At Domaine Hudson, Wilmington, we have immense respect for the winemakers and farmers who create these wines, so we take care to present them to you the way they intended.

We only purchase wine from suppliers who have proper climate control throughout the importing, distributing and delivery processes. We, in turn, store bottles in a climate controlled environment at ideal drinking temperatures for white, red, and sparkling wines.

All of our table wines at Domaine Hudson are served in quality, large bowl Riedel stemware, appropriately sized for the wine. Champagnes and sparkling wines are also served in Riedel stemware for the elegant bubble stream these glasses produce – a touch of elegance that adds to the enjoyment. Stemware is so important to us, we have 7 different sized bowls to accommodate all the various wines we serve.

To complement our wine programme at this Wine Bar & Eatery, our chefs have designed a menu that features regular and half-size entreés – perfect for sampling a variety of foods as you sample wines. Their passion for quality, freshness and taste resonates throughout the menu. We hope you'll be tempted to return again and again to try something new.
