Located on the 4th floor of the Hotel Palomar Arlington in Rosslyn, Washington, United States, our menu showcases modern interpretations of Northern Italian cuisine. We use fresh, organic and seasonal ingredients to create a wide variety of seafood, beef, pork, pasta and vegetarian dishes. From the open kitchen overlooking the chic and metropolitan dining room, our chefs entice diners with a wide selection of antipasti, pastas and entrees, featuring fresh, seasonal produce, fish and meats and traditional Northern Italian ingredients used in an innovative way.
