At The Door County Outpost Gallery and Café - Inside the Door County Outpost Gallery and Cafe you will find the Forté Gallery, a contemporary themed Gallery with a bright and often whimsical look!

Our artists come to us mostly from around the State of Wisconsin and bring a variety of styles and media, ranging from paintings in oils and watercolors, to pottery, glassware, jewelry, silks and carved/sculpted wood.

The Forte Gallery offers visitors a quite unique experience and does not focus on typical Door County art.

Door County Soaps and Sundries now provide visitors with a wide range of soaps, salts, spa items and lotions along with an assortment of great gift items, most of which are locally made. Gentle and nourishing products for body and soul, you are certain to be delighted with the large assortment of soaps on offer.

In the larger building, Lac Verde Naturals occupy a small space and retail display with a line of organic skin care products which include lotions, organic sunscreens and hand salves.

Beer Tasting's - We know how tough it can be for you, having to sip through dozens of beers during your short stay here in Door County - so we make it easy for you to find the very best that Wisconsin has to offer - join us for a beer tasting at the Outpost...

wine tasting at the Outpost - We are proud to offer our visitors a selection of wines from Parallel 44 Winery and Von Stiehl Winery. Out tastings focus on what we believe are the best from each of the two wineries and we're sure you'll find a selection to suit your palate. Both wineries are located just a short drive from us in Kewaunee and Algoma respectively, but we save you the drive by bringing them to you in Door County. wine tastings are fun - bring your friends and join us any time, 7 days /week during the Summer.

Kayak Tours - Originating from The Door County Outpost Gallery and Café.
Door County Kayak Tours have risen to become the area's best known and most respected kayak Tour Operator, with an impeccable safety record and the canny knack for utilizing the area's most sought after location.....'The Caves'. Tours run several times daily from the Outpost, starting early morning at around 7.45 am, and the last kayak tours leaving the Outpost for a sunset paddle around 6.30pm. Boats are available both inside and on top, with tandems more suited to the younger kayakers. Though originating from the Door County Outpost Gallery and Cafe, the kayak tours are operated autonomously from the Outpost.
