It is a luxury Restaurant in maritime style, with a quick and a fish-based cuisine. Morfover there is always a sommelier to reccommend you the most suitable wines. Restaurant "Da Duilio" has a basin to mooor motorboats and it can be reached by river from all the neighbouring seaside resorts.
Wine is widely used to prepare the dished of Duilio's cousine : the "Broeto alla Duilio", speciality made of amixture of "scarpene", "anguille" (eels), "seppioline" (Small cuttlefishes),"ansià ", Has to be cooked for half an hour in white wine and then some tocai. The "ansià in salseta de vin" has to be steeped in white dry wine with spices and vegetables, and then cooked in the same liquid and browned in over. These dishes are worthy of a "botique" for a fish-based cuisine and their main characteristic is the personalization of the dishes by means of wine.
