Built by Mrs. Waller as her family summer home in the 1930's. 5 Block walk to the main beach, 3 blocks to the back river pier, 2 blocks to A-J's Dockside Restaurant. Screened back porch with double bed, table for 6, comfortable seating and surrounded by whispering palm trees.
