Ellisfield Farm located in Red Hill South in Victoria in Australia offers a delightful rose-covered Cottage, ideal for two people seeking a peaceful retreat. Surrounded by a small olive grove, citrus trees and a Cottage garden. The air-conditioned Cottage has one bedroom (Queen), dressing room, shower, toilet, sitting room with double sofa bed, gallery, fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, wood heater and outdoor barbeque. You?ll also indulge in generous breakfast provisions during your stay. The Cottage enjoys a north-facing aspect, with shade provided by wisteria and climbing roses. All this plus glorious rural views from covered verandas to the east, north and west.

The developing garden has Chestnut, Olive, Pomegranate, Loquat and a varied range of Citrus trees. Mediterranean shrubs combine with an extensive collection of seed grown species and Old-fashioned roses. Nature here is perfect in every way, not forgetting the resident goat, geese, ducks and rare poultry that graze around the dam and surrounds.

Morello Cherry Fortified Wine
?Morello? is a wine made from Morello sour cherries fortified with spirit, it is a classical European style fruit wine. Traditionally served as an accompaniment to dessert or as an after dinner drink. Best served chilled.

Ellisfield Farm extra virgin olive oil is a fine blend of exceptional oils from Victoria?s Mornington Peninsula. This generously flavoured oil has a definite apple aroma, with soft overtones of pears and spicy rocket leaves. Morello Cherry Balsamic Vinegar
Ellisfield Farm Morello cherry balsamic vinegar is a careful blend of cider vinegar and morello cherries. The blended vinegar is infused with herbs and spices and slowly reduced to a perfect balsamic consistency.
The proven benefits of cider vinegar combined with the rich antioxidants of the dark red cherry juice bring you a healthy accompaniment to many specialty dishes.
