Ennys Guest House is an historic Georgian estate in a peaceful location at the end of a long private drive. It offers luxury five-star guesthouse accommodation and weekly cottage rentals. The beautiful landscaped gardens contain a heated pool and grass tennis court.

Bedrooms in Ennys Guest House have larger-than-average queen or king beds, en suite bathrooms with powerful showers, and digital television. There are original works of art on the walls, furnishings commissioned from local craftsmen, and the convenience of wireless broadband internet access. There is also a house computer.

The main sitting room has a big selection of books on the local area, a roaring log fire on chilly evenings, and an i-Pod dock so guests can enjoy their own music,  provided other guests don¹t mind your taste.

Adjoining the main house of  Ennys Guest House,  a large Grade 11-listed granite barn has been converted to provide two suites available on a bed and breakfast basis to families with children over 5.

Each has its own entrance from outside and comprises a master double bedroom, a twin room and a bathroom. There is a small fridge, television with dvd player, and wireless broadband internet access.

The suites are also popular with couples seeking more privacy and two friends who prefer separate bedrooms but do not mind sharing a bathroom.

Ennys stands in extensive landscaped grounds which contain a heated 12-metre swimming pool and a rare grass tennis court. Even in the winter there is interest here, including several varieties of palm, hellebores and early camellias.

The pool is heated from mid-May to mid-September and is open to guests from 8am-1pm and 4pm-8pm daily. Pool towels are provided.

Ennys Guest House is ideally situated for exploring the Land¹s End and Lizard peninsulas where many of Cornwall¹s finest sub-tropical gardens, surfing beaches, and art galleries are found. St Michael¹s Mount is just down the road and the Minack open-air theatre is within easy reach. Penzance is the jumping off point for ferry and helicopter day trips to the Isles of Scilly.
