Every spirit we make comes from all this, an ancient recipe of the ligurean and Mediterranean tradition and from the idea that only with passion and by using fruits, spices and produce coming from biological agriculture exclusively, a real and hence unique product can be made, a product capable of communicating something beyond the taste.
