Welcome to Euer Valley Ranch, Folsom, California, United States. Euer Valley Ranch, Folsom, California boasts a variety of recreational activities with the emphasis on superb trout fishing on Prosser Creek that meanders through the property. From June through September, five housekeeping Cabins are available in addition to a R.V. campground with water and sewage hookups for five campsites.
A primitive horsecamp facility with pole corrals and abundant trees and water is available for large groups and individuals. In 1868 our ancestors were the first settlers to this High Sierra Valley. The lush meadows, spring water, and natural beauty were what first attracted them to this area where they established a dairy operation. Our great, grandfather immigrated from Switzerland where they pastured the dairy cattle in the foothill areas in the winter. In the summer the dairy cattle were taken to the high mountain pastures.
Today we continue that Swiss tradition. We bring the cattle from the foothill area near Folsom, CA., to Euer Valley. Today we no longer operate a dairy, but do operate as a working cattle ranch. Truly contented cattle can be seen wandering about the green meadows and crossing the meandering creeks.
