With its tiled streets and plentiful shade, our village is ten minutes from the busy resort of Hersonnisos, and not much further from its neighbours, Gouves, Anissaras, Stalis and Malia.
Fabrica is a café-bar, Restaurant and creperie that has achieved a reputation for excellent cooking and warm hospitality in beautiful and remarkable surroundings. The stone walls of this former olive oil factory have been refurbished with care and respect for the original building.
You are always welcome to enjoy this charming place, during the day or for an evening out. The old fireplace in the corner of our well stocked bar, made from solid Cretan stone like the arched windows around you, dates back many generations and is a reminder of the past. The modern Fabrica balances tradition with an eye for detail. Every effort is made to ensure your satisfaction, from our seating, shaded and comfortable, to our array of flowers and hanging vines.
