Secluded, yet only half a mile from the sea, golf course and the centre of Sheringham, this lovely Victorian Guest House has been lovingly renovated to provide guests with five tasteful and well equipped double or twin rooms, each with its own luxury en suite bathroom. Each room has an LCD television with DVD player, internet connection, and direct dial telephone and beverage tray. We have a fully licensed bar.

The Dining Room at Fairlawns Guest House is a large brightly furnished room and together with the conservatory, offers you two dining options.

Breakfast includes cereals, fresh fruit or compote, yoghurt, with a selection of preserves. A cooked breakfast is offered which includes: Bacon, Sausages, Eggs, Mushrooms and Tomato with plenty of toast and freshly brewed tea and ground coffee. Our food is sourced locally, wherever possible. A vegetarian option is available.
