The Augrabies Falls
Augrabies, the land of noise and desert. The mighty Orange River provides the main attraction at the Augrabies Falls National Park in the Northern Cape. The defeating cascade of Augrabies Falls plunges meters into a rippling pool. The pool below the Falls, has given rise to several legends. According to one, it contains a fortune in alluvial diamonds washed down by the river through the ages. Some say that South Africa?s own ?Loch Ness monster? lives in this pool.

Augrabies Falls is a wonderful getaway for the nature lover. Richterveld
The Richtersveld National Park, the biggest nature park in the Southern Hemisphere lays rapped up in the arms of sun scorched lava ravines.
