This spacious Victorian waterfronting house is set in an enviable position overlooking the river, near the Ferry to Bodinnick. There is a patio, balcony and delightful sheltered terrace over the river with access to the slipway and water. The property has a mooring and is a short distance from Caffa Mill Car and Dinghy Park and a level five minute walk from the town centre.

Ferryman's Cottage has been tastefully refurbished and modernised and offers quality family accommodation with wonderful views. It has steps down the Passage Street Slipway. The kitchen is also on this floor and this is superbly equipped with a range of fitted units, gas cooker, washing and drying machine and dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave.
