Fisherman's House in Polperro, England, United Kingdom, was built around the sixteenth century and over the years has had many uses. The House is situated on the quay and from the large windows you will enjoy spectacular views of the working harbour and the open sea.
Located on the South East Coast of Cornwall approximately 30 miles west of Plymouth, Polperro, England, is an unspoilt traditional Cornish village. Bordered by white washed properties clinging to the hillside, the village is unchanged by time. Narrow winding streets, lined with many different shops, pubs and restaurants; lead you down to a picturesque and truly wonderful harbour. Still a working port, where at high tide boats may be seen landing their catch.
Originally an old industrial building, Fisherman's House now provides high standard, spacious accommodation for up to four people.
The house occupies the upper two floors of the building. The upper floor is split into two main rooms, the lounge and dining room.
The lounge benefits from wonderful uninterrupted views across the harbour and out to sea. The large dining room to the rear provides access to the kitchen.
Entry to the house is directly off the costal path. Once inside, you will find yourself on the lower floor which has two bedrooms. One has a double bed, and the other has two singles.
Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes. The master bedroom has wonderful views of the harbour. The bathroom and utility room are also located on this floor.
All four main rooms are large and comfortable with electric economy seven heating throughout.
