Florida Skydiving Center in Lake Wales has been in continuous operation since Hurricane Charlie flattened the Lake Wales Airport, with only a short shut down while debris was removed from the runway.

The facilities at Florida Skydiving Center although not as large as pre-Charlie, are adequate complete with bath/showers, campground and concession stand. And, of course, as always, Florida Skydiving Center still operates the finest fleet of aircraft in Florida.
