Welcome to Forest Funeral Home, Olympia, United States. The Burgman Family purchased Forest Funeral Home and Cemetery, formerly known as Mt. Tabor Cemetery, the fourth quarter of 1985. This historic cemetery, located just east of downtown, is the final resting place for many of Olympia’s pioneer families – the Whites, Sylvesters, Percivals, Bigelows and Ruddells.
As the only Funeral home and cemetery in Olympia proper, Forest Funeral Home features a small chapel highlighted by a stained glass window custom designed by a nationally recognized artist.
We operate our own crematory to assure that all aspects of cremation arrangements are handled in a professional, dignified and personal manner.
