Frank and Pauly's Banquets, in Cleveland, Ohio, United States, requires a final confirmation or guaranteed number of guests two (2) weeks prior to the function. The number will be considered the final count and charges will be made accordingly. Otherwise, the guarantee listed in your contract will be considered the final count. An eighteen percent service charge and applicable state and local taxes will be added to all food and beverage charges. Functions of 30 people or less may be subject to additional service fees. A reservation fee of 25% of the estimated function cost is due at the time of reservation. An additional 25% reservation fee is required 90 days prior ot the event date.

If a cancellation occurs, the reservation fee will be forfeited and is non-refundable. If Frank and Pauly's Banquets, LLC is able to re-book the space, all or a portion of the reservation fee will be refunded. The above rules also apply when transferring a party to an alternate Frank and Pauly's Banquets, LLC.

Frank and Pauly's Banquets, LLC does not automatically levy a "room charge". Instead, they have established, with each function room, a minimum of food and beverage dollars that must be spent. These amounts differ by day and evening, as well as weekday vs. weekend. If these minimums are not met, then the room rental charge for the difference will be added to the final bill. Taxes and service charges do not count towards the food and beverage minimum calculation.

Frank and Pauly's Banquets, LLC will arrange for host-sponsored checkroom services for your event at current rates.

Frank and Pauly's Banquets, LLC has both self-parking and valet parking available. Valet rates and availability are subject to change.

The sales Manager will be pleased to assist you with any floral requirements that you may have. As an alternative, Frank and Pauly's Banquets, LLC has attractive silk arrangements available for rental.

The sales staff can provide a customized menu card at each place for a $1.00 per card.

Custom designed ice carvings can be provided to highlight your special occasion. Please consult the Sales Manager for pricing.

For a dinner dance, cocktail party or any other event, they will be pleased to help you arrange entertainment.
