We thank you for visiting The Fudgeboat - located on the Boardwalk in Carolina Beach, United States.



Where the most delicious cream and butter fudge is made right in our store before your very eyes!? If you haven't been to see us, our fudge is displayed on a 38 foot wooden boat hull (well, part of it anyway!)...which brings many to say "now that's a yacht of fudge!"



We use only the freshest ingredients - the absolute best roasted, salted and buttered pecans, select walnuts and macadamia nuts, creamy caramel, JIF Peanut Butter, Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese...well, you get the picture!? The Fudgeboat opened in March 2004 and in the short time since, we've become the talk of the town!? We hope, if you haven't already, you'll come visit us at our Shop on the Carolina Beach Boardwalk.



The Fudgeboat, as she's now called, was found on the riverbank near Chinquapin, NC. Our Friends, (the first owners of The Fudgeboat) Jamie & Colleen, found out who owned her, tracked them down, and bought her. That's when the fun began! It took about a month to restore and she made it through our doors with only about an inch to spare!



A 15 foot section of the starboard bow is used as a cutting board to display our fudge and the stern is where we make it!



In the Spring of 2006, The Fudgeboat set sail again (kind of). We moved the Shop's location on the Boardwalk and had to move the boat. A few furniture dollies and a very careful journey down the Boardwalk in Carolina Beach, and she arrived at her new home!
