Welcome to Functions at the Phoenix Brewery, Ballarat, Australia. The private function room and cellar bar provides a dining space ideal for groups of 15-35 and offer menus to suit all tastes and budgets. In a cocktail format the transformed space offers a great place to gather up to 80 friends to enjoy a special occasion.
At the Phoenix Brewery, there is space suitable for a DJ, juke box or a compact 3 piece band. Alternatively, load all your favourites onto an Ipod and just plug in, with surround sound speakers it?s the best way to have non stop music of your choice.
You are welcome to decorate the room for special occasions. We recommend contacting Mari at Smart Artz who specialises in balloons.
Groups of up to 50 can be seated in the main restaurant by special arrangement.

For dinner Functions at the Phoenix Brewery, Ballarat, of 20 or more there is no room charge. For groups of less than 20 there is also a room charge.
For cocktail Functions there is a minimum charge on finger food, but no room charge. Confirmation of final numbers is required 3 days prior to your function, any cancellations after this time will be charged.
