Welcome to the Gamle Bergen Tracteursted Restaurant located in the main building of the Elsesro Estate in the middle of "Old Bergen Museum" about 3 km from the centre of Bergen, Norway.

The Restaurant is set in beautiful surroundings with a view over the fjord - which can give you an exciting experience on stormy days as well as on sunny days. On stormy days it is very cosy to enjoy the warm atmosphere inside the Gamle Bergen Tracteursted Restaurant. Bergen is well known for its traditions - old wooden buildings and narrow streets. In "Old Bergen" you can have a "taste of the history" and learn about the lives of the forefathers. The summer menu is an à la carte menu and consists of a selection of hot and cold dishes, as well as a variety of cakes and pastries. Again the Restaurant honours local Bergen cuisine and emphasises the use of local and traditional raw materials. The Gamle Bergen Tracteursted Restaurant is fully licensed.
