We've set our standards high, both Cottages provide the same first class self-catering accommodation all on ground level. Each cottage is furnished and equipped to the highest standard to provide an enchanting holiday environment in a tranquil rural location, yet less than a mile from the sea.

For your comfort our self-catering holiday Cottages are fully furnished and tastefully decorated sleeping either 2+2 (The Swallows) or 4+2 (The Owl). In the event your group extends to 10 guests, access to both Cottages can be linked through the courtyard.

Each cottage is double glazed, centrally heated and complemented in the main sitting room with a glass fronted feature cast iron multi-fuel stove.

Gardenstown provides a small selection of shops for essential groceries and includes a Bakers, Butchers, Pub, Petrol Station, Doctors Surgery, and Post Office. In addition to these Banff also has two Supermarkets, Banks, several Restaurants a Hospital and Veterinary Surgery.
