One of the few "free houses" left with a fine reputation for both the quality and range of beers served, particularly lagers, Porthmadog brewed.  Gelerts Bar also has cask ales, a wide range of house cocktails and also very enjoyable house wines.  Meals are served here during lunchtime and in the evening.
