For breakfast: Selection of juices, yoghurts, fruit compotes, cereals and fresh fruits. Cooked-to-order al la carte selection, including certified free-range eggs, our special smoked bacon sliced in our kitchen, and accompanyments including field mushrooms, tomatoes etc. Madeleine's personal selection of special jams and spreads is popular, and our freshly ground premium mocha coffee in French plungers are all part of breakfast. Herbal and traditional teas are also offered.

Our professional chefs are passionate about fine food. Ian made a mid-life career change, training as a professional chef to join the ranks of his two sons who are both professional chefs also. Martin, has worked internationally, travelled and trained in Europe. He resides at Glen Isla. Damian works in the Yarra Valley, and makes guest appearances at Glen Isla. Martin & Ian are masters of food at Glen Isla
