Glenfeadon House is a beautiful Grade II listed Georgian Mansion House, set in 1½ acres of woodland gardens. The house, built in 1827 by Lord Basset is now a family run guesthouse offering 8 comfortable letting rooms. Very peaceful and tranquil spot, yet only a 5 min walk to the beach, harbour, shops, inns, restaurants, coastal paths and all that Portreath has to offer.

Rooms

All the rooms at Glenfeadon House are en-suite with the exception of two adjacent rooms (one double and one twin), which share a private bathroom with bath and shower over. We find these very useful as a family suite.All our rooms are spacious, centrally heated and equipped with TV, Tea and Coffee, Hairdryer etc.We have an en-suite room on the ground floor which can either be a twin or a king size double for those who have trouble with the stairs.

One of the delights of Glenfeadon House Fountain Springs is its peace and tranquillity and the gardens are no exception. Guests are welcome to make use of the gardens ( at their own risk ) to sit and read or just explore the 1.5 acres. We have a fish pond with fountain and a small river running through the garden on its way to the sea.
