Welcome to Golf Club Patriziale, Ascona, Switzerland. The Golf Club Patriziale Ascona was officially founded in March 1928 but the initial idea of building a Golf course in Ascona started in early 1925, and in 1926 for the very first time the word "Golf" arose in the Patriziale's acts. The elegant atmosphere of the Club House is synonymous with "Quality of Life" which has always been the philosophy of the Golf Club Patriziale Ascona.

The Golf course is built on 50 hectares of beautiful parkland on the shores of the Lago Maggiore, it is surrounded by mountains and is indeed a magnificent natural setting. The mild and sunny climate allows Golf to be played all year round. It is certainly one of the few places in the world where you can ski in the morning and play 18 holes in the afternoon. Particular care is always dedicated to the upkeep of the grass, trees, flowers and charming small lakes. Only member players of a Golf Union with a playing handicap of not over 30 are allowed to play Golf on Ascona Golf Course. Swiss residencies who are not members of the ASG are required to pay more than the normal green-fee.
