Great Cistern Clubhouse consists of a 2100 square foot home located on a private 1.25 acre mini-estate, 5 miles north of Marsh Harbour and 15 miles south of Treasure Cay in Abaco in the Bahamas.

This is the home of Sam and Olga Oliver, owners of Pelican Beach Villas, and is rented when not being utilized by the owner's family in Marsh Harbour.

Great Cistern Clubhouse includes 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a living room, and full kitchen. The house is furnished in tropical rattan, surrounded by palm trees, and bounded by the Sea of Abaco on two sides.

The exterior of the house has a large wooden deck, and there is a picnic table and grill. Each of the three bedrooms has a Queen size bed, and the house easily accommodates six persons.

The Kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots, bowls, and plates. There is everything you need for cooking. The house also has telephone and internet service. Linens and towels are furnished; however, we do not furnish beach towels.

Housekeeping is also provided with linens exchanged as needed. The house is beyond the reach of the municipal water system, so we use a well. If you rent our home, we ask you to be conservative in your use of water. We include free use of our car with the rental of the house.
