The history of the Greystone Inn & Motel Suites, Gilford, is of particular interest to us. From what we have learned so far the original homestead was built in the early-1800's. Around the turn-of-the-century it was converted into an Inn and became a thriving lakeside resort with its own train stop for many years.
Step back in time by staying in one of our Inn rooms. We are in the process of restoring the Inn to early 1900's charm. Each room has its own private bath and most rooms have windows facing the lake.
Enjoy our completely renovated 2 room suites with updated kitchen and bathroom facilities. All suites have a spectacular view of the lake and can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children comfortably. The upper units have a king size bed and the lower units have a queen size bed. The living area has pull-out couches or futons for any extra guests.
