Our family purchased The Guest Cottage,in Ludington, USA, in 1998 as a vacation home for our family and friends during the summertime. When not being enjoyed by family and friends, we are able to open this lakeview home we call The Guest Cottage, to the public for their enjoyment. We have enjoyed the opportunity to have many guests return to us year after year.

The Guest Cottage is a 3 storry A frame cottage, adjacent to Upper Hamlin Lake in Ludington. The first floor of The Guest Cottage has a split-level walkout garage. The 2nd floor consists of kitchen, full size bathroom and full size bedroom overlooking a semi-panoramic view of the lake. The kitchen is equipped with stoveover, fridgefreezer, microwave, coffeemaker, dishes, glasses, silverware and cooking utensils. The 3rd floor has 2 bedrooms.

Also included in the rental of The Guest Cottage are towels, pillows, linen and blankets. We also have a washer, dryer and vacuum cleaner for guests convenience, and also to leave out cottage as tidy as when you arrive.
