Every room has a private bath with tub-shower (many have deep, claw-footed baths in which you can relax), a working fireplace to warm your body and spirit, a small TV/VCR, and beautiful views of Belfast, the harbor or Penobscot Bay and beyond.
The Harbor View House of 1807 offers full breakfasts served every morning at 8:30 a.m. go without saying! But we can also provide early morning coffee, cereal and sweet breads for the early risers among us who need to depart before these hours. Afternoon snacks which vary by season (and cooks' whim!) ? cookies and lemonade, cakes and tea, or some other treat are available every afternoon from 3 pm on. Relax after a hard day of touring (or just lounging around).

After the hustle and bustle of Camden and Bar Harbor (within easy access of Belfast), relax and take a stroll through the neighborhoods of Belfast. Enjoy the simple charm of this quiet town, first incorporated in 1773. Beautiful homes and churches built from the 1790?s through the Victorian period grace the streets and provide a "Norman Rockwell" backdrop for your walk. Downtown Belfast offers year-round theatre, several restaurants and cafes, art galleries, bay cruises, and a beautiful park on the "the village common" with access to a nearby sand beach. Watch the activity of this working harbor, as lobster boats join sailboats on Penobscot Bay.
