Harwood House Bed and Breakfast is conveniently located off Main Street, Wolfville adjacent to Acadia University in Nova Scotia in Canada. We are a short walk away from superb dining and specialty shops in town.
Harwood House Bed and Breakfast has three large guest bedrooms that are tastefully decorated. All have queen size beds and private bathrooms (two of these en suite). The names of the rooms relate to different trails throughout Nova Scotia: Evangeline, Sunrise and Glooscap.

Blomidon Provincial Park - This provincial Park includes campgrounds and picnic areas. Spend the day Hiking on fabulous trails and enjoy the spectacular views overlooking the Bay of Fundy.
Blomidon Look Off - A small roadside stop on Hwy. 358 with a panoramic view of up to four counties, looking down over the beautiful Annapolis Valley and Minas Basin. Be sure to bring your camera.

Gaspereau River - Enjoy tubing? The Gaspereau River is a popular location for river tubing. Tubes are available for rent in the area.
Hall's Harbour - An easy drive from Wolfville, this scenic working fishing village offers a seasonal lobster pound, a large wharf, incredible tides and art galleries.
Kejimkujik National Park - A gently rolling landscape with forest and lakes in the remote centre of southwestern Nova Scotia. Wilderness campsites, excellent canoeing and walking trails make this a popular destination.
Ken-Wo GOLF Club - A five minute drive away brings you to an excellent 18-hole GOLF course - one of the best in the Valley.
Prescott House Museum - Located in Starrs Point, this museum is filled with antiques and surrounded by beautiful gardens. Sir Charles Prescott who introduced a variety of apples and other fruit to the area built the home. Enjoy the diverse exhibits held during the summer months.
Robie Tufts Nature Centre, Wolfville - This Interpretive Centre is home to the chimney swifts, a breed of bird, which swoop into their chimney at dusk from mid-May to mid-August. The Centre provides panel information on local area wildlife.
South Shore - We are only an hour's drive to Chester Basin. Have lunch in Mahone Bay or Lunenburg (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) then drive back over the south mountain to Wolfville.
