Welcome to The Hazelwood Guest House in Shanklin, United Kingdom. The Hazelwood is a three diamond non-smoking Guest House. It is a Victorian detached house situated within a quiet, attractive road just a short walking distance from the beach, the town centre and railway station.
The Hazelwood Guest House is run by Karl Stedman and Phil Ramage offering Bed and Breakfast accommodation. In July 2007, The Hazelwood was awarded the top five star rating for Food Hygiene from Isle Of Wight Environmental Health.
Karl is an artist whose original artwork is displayed around the house and within guest rooms.
Many of the guests choose to return to us again and again. Phil and Karl are always happy to welcome guests old and new.
There are eight letting rooms all with en-suite toilets, shower and washbasins, televisions and tea and coffee making facilities.
Shanklin is one of the two main seaside resorts on the Isle of Wight. As well as sandy beaches it is officially one of the sunniest places in the United Kingdom.
