Welcome to Herbs, Bangor, Wales, United Kingdom. We are a family Restaurant business based in Bangor. Established by Pam 1984 in Mount Street as vegetarian take away this makes 2009 is our 25th anniversary! Bangor, the North Wales ?capital?, is next door to the Snowdonia National Park and we aim to complement the area?s beautiful scenery with beautiful food!
Our goal is to provide North Wales with great food at great prices. All our food is home made ? no frozen ready packed meals that the chains supply at Herbs ? and we do our level best to source only from local, ideally organic and free range, suppliers . This means that we support the community that supports us.
Inspired by Fabulous Local Produce, Herbs believe in supporting the local community by supporting its business and therefore, of course, the people who work for these companies and the local community.
We are not a burger monolith responsible for clearing rainforests but we do understand that some of our ingredients have to come from far flung corners of the world and, bearing this in mind, we strongly support the free range movement. Of course, we care about the welfare of our customers and how our supplies are produced we therefore only use free range eggs and top quality local ingredients where possible
